Bernice had already bought the drinks. Two bottles of Lemon Barley 2 litres each.
The orders of the BBQ food had been confirmed today. The time for delivery is between 4-6pm. It will be sent to carpark A. Payment of $91.05 by cash including delivery will be made upon receiving the orders.
Someone has to bring plastic bag and frisbee, if can, loudhailer too. We also need DVD player.
Bernice cant go to the chalet now because she has CCA. Can anyone collect the drinks for her?

Ok. i need to clarify some things.
Dhivyen had invited Mrs Tee to go to the chalet, but she's going overseas with her family. So the organisers DO invite Mrs Tee ok? Even if the class don't want her to come, we will still invite her to go.
Miss Lim will be coming for the BBQ because she has to check in. I don't know if she's staying overnight or not, but I'm sure she has to check out the next day too cos is she who booked the chalet, not the organisers.
For the cycling part, we had indicated in the timetable cycling and games. That means that the 2 main thing the whole class will be doing is either cycling or games.
Just choose one that you wanna do. If you want cycling, then join the cycling group. If you don't want, then just stay inside the chalet.
About the tribute, it's a surprise to Miss Yuana and Miss Lim from the organisers. Heh you will know on that day la.
I'm not sure if everyone is staying or not, because the list is with Bernice. At least half of the class is staying i think. Just try to squeeze on that day.

Details of class chalet have been confirmed. Please read below for further infomation.
Miss Lim had helped us to book the chalet. Total amount of chalet and BBQ cost $149. Chalet no will be known on 19 Nov, so please check the blog on that day to know the no.
Dhivyen and I have been thinking about making a thank you card to Miss Lim, just like what i did for Miss Yuana. Any ideas? (:
